All-School Highlights
Join us for our Meet-n-Greet; Halloween parade and social, Veterans Day performance, winter show, pasta dinner for new and current families, the Benefit, Family & Friends Day, celebrating our teachers, and more!
Our youngest learners do really cool things!
Preschool-JK-Kindergarten
Don't miss preschool family celebrations, chaperone educational field trips in the opportunity-filled DC area, and have your chance to be a mystery reader. Students also enjoy afterschool enrichments and take private music lessons.
Lower school students are busy, too!
1st-4th Grades
Families are staying through family-teacher conferences, chaperoning field trips that complement the curriculum, and attending end-of-year pool parties with your child’s class. Students have the opportunity to participate in afterschool enrichments (archery, anyone?) that play to their interests and encourage them to try new things.
Middle schoolers learn and live large!
5th-8th Grades
All middle schoolers spend two nights at Mountain Campus, get to swim during PE in the spring, and take amazing field trips to places like Gettysburg. Plus, the 8th graders participate in the state-wide "We the People" competition, the C-Span Student Cam Competition, and, to culminate their year of hard work, have a week-long trip shortly before graduation!

Our wellness center incorporates a holistic approach to school health services for each student’s body and mind.

Parents Association and Volunteering
The Browne Academy Parents Association (PA) is a “friend” raising organization tasked with building community and bringing together families to support the students and school. Every family at Browne is a member of the PA, which hosts a number of social gatherings each year and provides volunteer opportunities for members of our community.
Spirit Shop
Show your Bruin Spirit with some Browne Academy swag! Spirit swag is great for dress-down days and to wear to games. Uniforms are our day-to-day attire.
